  • Purchase tickets through our online ticketing system, by phone at 408-554-4015, or in person at our Box Office. Your tickets can be delivered to your email by mobile/print-at-home, sent through USPS mail, or at the Box Office Will-Call Pickup.

  • The Box Office Window is open one hour before the event and closes 30 minutes after it starts. Contact us at 408-554-4015 or email scupresentsboxoffice@scu.edu with questions or concerns.

  • For phone or online orders, we accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

    At our Box Office ticket window we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

    Note: For security reasons, we ask that you do not send cash in the mail.

  • Go to our SCU Student Free Ticket Program page for information on how to get your tickets!

  • No. All fees are now conveniently accounted for in the ticket price.

  • We do not hold tickets without payment. Our Will Call is reserved for tickets that have been purchased and are to be picked up at a later date.

  • In most cases, yes. Call 408-554-2396 to find out how to get the best seats, discounts, and personalized service for your groups.

  • Depending on the event and production we may or may not decide to have a waitlist. We advise that you get your tickets as far in advance as possible or call our Box Office at 408-554-4015 for availability of the production you would like to attend.

  • Gift certificates and vouchers can only be redeemed in person at the box office. They cannot be redeemed online or by phone.

  • Ticket buyers may swap their tickets for a different date or a different performance, excluding our Visiting Artist Series, for a $3 per-ticket fee. Some restrictions apply. Please call the Box Office for details.

  • We do not give refunds to events unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • All of our venues are accessible for any number of accessibility requirements.

    Wheelchair seating is available. In compliance with the AA/504, please direct your accommodation request to the Box Office at 408-554-4015 or call TTY-California Relay at 1-800-735-2929 at least 72 hours prior to the event.

    Special discounts are also available for seniors and groups.

    There is Handicap Accessible Parking in the North Parking Garage, Main Parking Structure and there are a limited number of spots in the surface lot area next to the Music and Dance Facility.

  • For performances in the Louis B. Mayer Theatre and Music Recital Hall, we recommend using the area on Franklin St., directly in front of the Music and Dance Building.

    For performances in the Mission Church, we recommend entering campus through the main gate and dropping people in front of the fountain.

  • Updated: May 16, 2022. Protocols listed are effective until further notice.

    Masks are strongly recommended (disposable or reusable)

    • Highly recommend N95, KN95, or KF94. Be advised that performers are exempt to mask requirements and may be unmasked during performances.

    • Masks are strongly recommended for every person regardless of vaccination status. Based on guidance from health authorities—neck gaiters, plastic face shields, open-chin designs, triangle bandanas, and/or face coverings containing valves, mesh material, or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings.

    • Eating and drinking will be allowed in our lobbies, but only water is allowed in the auditorium. We highly recommend you step outside into our lovely campus when eating or drinking.

    Worry-Free Refund Policy

    • If a paid, ticketed event is canceled or postponed to protect public and community health you may request a refund from the Box Office or apply those funds to future performances.

    Other ways we are keeping you safe

    • Enhanced cleaning practices have been put into place.

    • We’ve placed multiple hand sanitizer stations in each SCU•Presents’ space so you can keep your hands clean and germ free!

    • Breathe easy knowing that all ventilation systems in the SCU•Presents spaces meet the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines.

    • To provide a touchless experience, we are issuing electronic (print-at-home and mobile) tickets for performances at SCU•Presents.

    • Please enjoy a digital version of the program which can be found in the Pre-Performance Email sent 24 hours prior to the event. QR codes are also available in the lobby to view the program with your phone. Limited printed programs will be available in the lobby.
